How to Save the Battery Charge

There are things that you can do to save the battery charge. In this post, I discuss a few popular ones.

Simple Tips to Save the Battery Charge

New rechargeable batteries are simply excellent. However, following these tips, your battery maintains the charge longer. [/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”25870″ img_size=”600×400″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”fadeIn” title=”Save the Battery”][vc_column_text]1- If you use the camera in an event and take photos frequently, do not turn on and off your camera. Let your camera goes to STANDBY (SLEEP) mode instead.
Turning on and off the camera uses more battery! Especially the dust removing function in new digital cameras drains the battery faster.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]2- in cold weather, keep the battery warm by putting it in your jacket pocket. Having an extra battery allows you to keep one battery inside the camera and one in your pocket.

3- Using Back Button for focusing does not engage the Image stabilizing system. Therefore, you save quite a bit on the battery charge. For more on Back button focusing, click HERE.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
