2- Use Photoshop Pen tool to draw the curve line for your template.

Creating Shapes

5- Go to Shape tool. Select Custom Shape. From dropdown menu select the Snowflake shape. There are several versions of Snowflake shapes. Pick the one that you like. You can use any other shapes as well. I selected the white colour for Fill with no Stroke. But you can pick up different colours according to your design.

Choose Custom Shape Tool

Select your choice of Vector Shape

6- Back to the document, start clicking on and dragging to create the shape. I prefer to create different sizes. By holding down the Shift Key you maintain the aspect ratio. Keep repeating this step to fill as many snowflakes as you like. Be careful and don’t make it too busy!
