FLASH PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

Using Flash in Portrait Photography

Many photographers do not value the uses of a flash in portrait photography. Many photographers, including myself, do not like to use a flash as the primary light source. However, Flash is a perfect asset as the secondary source of light.

Flash is very intimidating, and using Flash in portrait photography is a challenge. Omnilargess Portrait Photography class targets many challenges in-depth, including using a Flash in portrait as fill-light or main-light.

Shandi Adam is a talented photographer. She took the portrait photography workshop to improve her skills in portraiture.
She has a flash but never used it before and thought flash photography was very puzzling.
I want to thank Shandi for participating in this class and for her feedback. Shandi Adam copyrights all the images in this post. Here is her testimony:[/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_style=”outline” message_box_color=”turquoise” icon_fontawesome=”far fa-hand-point-right”]

Shandi Adam Testimony

“I recently took Ted’s Portrait workshop (Flash and Natural Light), I found it to be very helpful, I was very intimidated by using Flash, Ted was very patient with me especially when I got frustrated but now I am looking forward to using my Flash more, Ted is great teacher of photography!! Thank you Ted for your dedication and patience, I look forward to taking more classes with you. “
