A Quick Look at Outdoor Photography Class
On April 27th, I taught the Full Day Photography Class. It was a fantastic group of students, and we had tons of fun in the outdoor session, even though it was chilly and windy! The Full-Day Photography Class includes classroom and outdoor sessions. This workshop is one of our favourite photography classes and has been sold out for quite some time. Therefore, I rescheduled another one for July 20th. There are still a few spots available for this upcoming class. If you missed the first one, hurry up and register for the July 20th class now to secure your spot.
A Quick Overview of the Workshop
On April 27th, the Classroom session started at 10 am, and it covered the exposure, which is the primary key in photography. In this session, I also discussed Shutter Speed, Aperture, and the ISO. I also referred to the Metering Modes. For the afternoon class, we gathered at Mill Lake Park. It was overcast and windy, but we manage to make the most out of the light and the scene. Students had a chance to work with different shutter speeds, apertures, and metering mode. The practical part of our photography class enables students to play with various camera settings and ask questions to gain a better understanding of the parameters. Here are a few shots from the outdoor session:[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”22844″ img_size=”600×400″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”fadeIn” title=”Photography Class, Outdoor Session”][vc_single_image image=”22845″ img_size=”600×400″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”fadeIn” title=”Photography Class, Outdoor Session”][vc_column_text]
Do you want to learn more?
Do you want to learn more about different focusing and metering modes? I highly suggest the Digital Photography Bootcamp. It is a 6-week complete photography program. Register for our upcoming Digital Photography Bootcamp. I have dedicated a good portion of the Bootcamp to these topics. The next Bootcamp is on June 5th. There are a few spots left.
If you cannot make a six-week commitment, then I recommend the Full-Day Photography Class. The workshop covers everything you need to know as a beginner to start photography in the right direction!
