Editing Portrait photos in Photoshop/Elements is one of the most requested Photoshop classes. In Quick Portrait Editing Techniques in Photoshop/Elements you will learn a simple, yet effective, workflow for editing portrait images. This 3 hour workshop will enable you to detect flaws and distractions within an image, and then fix them.

In first 2 hours of this class, your instructor will show you the key tools you will need and the quickest techniques to use when adjusting your images. Then you will have a chance to try your hand at adjusting some sample images.

For the last portion of the workshop, you will be editing your own pictures. Your instructor will be available to answer questions and to help you maximize your learning by applying the new concepts to your style of image.

Prerequisites:

Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Elements tools. Basic knowledge of layers in Photoshop. All participants must have, and bring to the sessions, a notebook computer with Adobe Photoshop/Elements installed. Omnilargess cannot provide computer support. If you are having any difficulties with your computer or the installation of software, please contact your local computer support before the workshop.

What to bring:

Your laptop with software installed, some jpg photos of your own to work on, something for note taking if required.

Everyone who shoots portraits and family photos, and wants to give their photos a little more edge than the average snapshot. The beginner or the intermediate Photoshop user.
