Easy Composition Skills

Two factors make a perfect photo, Exposure and Composition. In this post, I share a few easy composition skills for everyone to improve their photography.

Easy Composition Skills:

There are many rules in photography, but these easy composition skills can enhance the picture quality immensely. Try them and let me know how you like them.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”26177″ img_size=”600×400″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” onclick=”link_image” css_animation=”fadeIn” title=”Easy Composition Rules”][vc_column_text]

Easy Composition Rules

These basic rules help you to enhance photos effortlessly.

A subject is in the centre of the frame:

If you wish viewers to stop looking around the frame, and stay with the main subject, use this skill. It is a STATIC composition.

.

A subject is Off-Centre:

Off-Centre composition encourages viewers to navigate around the frame and see the whole image. It is a DYNAMIC composition.

.

The Camera Orientation

You can use your camera in a HORIZONTAL (Landscape) or VERTICAL (Portrait) position. Each orientation offers different looks. For novice photographers, I suggest taking pictures in both directions to experiment and fine-tweak their skills.

.

There are many more composition skills. However, these tips are good starting points for beginners. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Every Wednesday, I post tips about digital cameras. Make sure to follow us for free photography tips!
