How to create a personalized calendar in Photoshop

Photo Tip Friday October 4, 2014

This tutorial is about how to create a calendar in Photoshop and customize it as a Christmas present for your family members and friends. You can use your own digital photos to create a unique calendar to give family and friends to hang in their home to remember you and enjoy your photos. You can add important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. to completely personalize your calendar.  Let’s get started!

For this tutorial I am going to use Google Calendar as my template. If you have a Google account just go to Calendar and select the month January 2015.

You can customize this calendar by adding important dates and Google calendar marks these dates and remembers them for next year! Now click on “MORE” and select “PRINT”

Save the template as PDF

In this new window select “SAVE AS” and your browser will save this template as a PDF file.

-Open a NEW document in Photoshop, in this example I selected 8”X10” at 300 dpi, to make an 8X10 page and named it January2015
