Cancellation and Refund Policies:
We reserve the right to cancel our classes in cases where minimum enrollment is not achieved, or in extreme circumstances. In such cases, refunds of the full ticket price will be given to students who have already registered.
In the event that the student cannot make the class for which they are registered, they must inform Omnilargess services in via email no later than 10 days before class start time in order to receive a 100% refund. A late cancellation fee of 50% applies for students who cancel within the 10 days preceding the workshop. Students who do not show up for the workshop who have not formally cancelled, are not eligible for refunds.
Important: Your seat will not be reserved until your payment is received. If you withdraw from a course or workshop less than 10 days before it begins, you will not receive a refund.
