Easy Lightroom Portrait Retouching Tip
Lightroom has many powerful tools for all sorts of editing. Lightroom Portrait Retouching Tip covers a few of them.
Using Lightroom for Portrait Retouching
Most photographers prefer Photoshop for portrait editing. However, Lightroom provides pretty good tools for doing a quick portrait retouching. Here is a tip for quick Lightroom Portrait Retouching:
.
1- Lightroom has the Global and Local Adjustments. For Portrait retouching, I use the Global adjustments to fix the issues for the entire image.
2- To remove large skin blemishes, I use the Lightroom Healing tool.
3- The Lightroom Brush is a fabulous tool to apply the adjustments locally to the picture’s selected parts. I use the brush tool and the “SKIN SOFTENING” preset to soften the skin.
4- Using the “TEETH WHITENING” preset allows me to remove colours from the teeth.
5- I use the “IRIS ENHANCE” preset to sharpen and whiten the eyes.
6- I usually use two new brushes to apply SHARPNESS and SATURATION to the mouth.
7- Finally, I use the EFFECTS tab to add a subtle VIGNETTE to the photo.
The creativity in image editing of Lightroom is endless.
