High ISO and Noise
It is a fact that the High ISO creates more noise. However, a Noisy or Grainy photo is far better than a blurry one.
Taking pictures of moving items needs a faster shutter speed. If you use a lower ISO to avoid grainy photos, you will have a blurry, useless image.
High ISO Noise
How High Can You Push the ISO?
It all depends on your camera’s make and model. As a rule of thumb, full-frame cameras handle the high ISO better.
On the other note, newer cameras offer better high ISO noise management.
My advice? I suggest not being shy of using higher ISO, as there are many skills and software that you can use to fix noisy images, but there is no remedy for blurry photos so far!
