Cancellation and Refund Policies: 

We reserve the right to cancel our classes in cases where minimum enrollment is not achieved or in extreme circumstances. In such cases, refunds of the total ticket price will be given to students who have already registered. Suppose the student cannot make the class for which they are registered. In that case, they must inform Omnilargess services via email 30 days before class start time to receive a refund (There is a 15% Cancellation and Administration Fee if you cancel on or before 30 days before class start time). A late cancellation fee of 50% applies for students who cancel within the 30 days preceding the workshop. Students who do not attend the workshop and have yet to cancel formally are not eligible for refunds. Important: Your seat will be reserved once your payment is received. You will not receive a refund if you withdraw from a course or workshop less than 30 days before it begins.
