Part 1 Classroom Session:
April 22nd 10 am
The classroom session takes a look at the importance of camera settings such as exposure and metering modes, ISO and White Balance, as well as key considerations for choosing an outdoor spot; why it’s important to modify light by using reflectors or other modifiers and the differences between posing women and men. This two hour classroom session is jam packed with lots of great info and provides example images with both good and poor settings to clarify your understanding of the concepts.

All students will be divided into smaller groups made up of three photographers and each group will have a model to work with. Your instructor will be there to answer your questions. This is a three hour session with plenty of time for everyone to shoot the perfect portrait and learn Ted’s list of Do’s and Don’ts.
