VANCOUVER SKYLINE AT NIGHT FROM STANLEY PARK
Vancouver Skyline at Night from Stanley Park
A Fun Night Photography Tour at Stanley Park
Many believe that opportunities for landscape photography end once the sun sets for the day. But for those who know the proper techniques, landscape photography opportunities are always present, regardless of the time. That is why Ted and Brett would like to invite you to discover how to capture fantastic images during blue hour and beyond.
Workshop Description
For successful night photography, you need to learn how to set up your camera, measure the exposure, identify distracting elements and how to avoid them, and many more.
In this workshop, we will cover topics such as:
- How to achieve a correct exposure at night.
- Focusing your camera at night.
- Use a tripod to stabilize your camera and eliminate camera shake.
- Use your camera’s self-timer or an intervalometer to reduce camera shake.
- Capturing placid reflections off the water regardless of the conditions.
- Fine art light painting of the totem poles at Brockton Point.
- Creating light streaks using long-exposure techniques
- And much more.
Take advantage of being with a group of same-minded photographers at night photography and have a fun night out. This workshop will begin roughly one-half hour before sunset and be approximately 2.5 hours long.
