Youth Summer Photography Class
A Photography Course Specially Designed for Youths
Teenagers creatively see the world, and Photography provides tools to express their visions and share them with others.
Youth Summer Photography Bootcamp is a comprehensive photography class for youth. It covers all significant aspects of digital cameras to open up new doors for teens to explore the world of Photography. It is a three-part workshop; all sessions are a mixture of teaching skills and hands-on exercises.
Dates:
Wednesday, July 12, 2023, 2-4 pm
Discuss general digital photography terms, camera settings, camera maintenance, and hands-on exercises.
Monday, July 17, 2023, 2022, 2-4 pm
Shutter Speed, Aperture setting, ISO, Semi-automatic Exposure settings…, and hands-on exercises.
Wednesday, July 19, 2023, 2-4 pm
Field trip to a park to practice new skills. The location will be announced in the class.
Youth Summer Photography Class consists of two two-hour classroom sessions and a field trip. There are tons of hands-on and practical exercises throughout the course.

Requirements:
All participants must be 12 to 17 years old and need to bring a digital camera (any makes and models) to the class.
Workshop Outcomes
Students learn how to operate a digital camera to make the best possible image. Also, they learn how to create dynamic pictures using creative compositions.
