Capturing Success: Highlights from Our April 5th Outdoor Photography Workshop

What a day! On April 5th, we hosted our much-anticipated Outdoor Photography Workshop at Mill Lake Park in Abbotsford—and let’s just say, it was an absolute hit!

A brief glimpse into the outdoor photography workshop.

The weather? Perfect.
The energy? Buzzing.
The learning? Off the charts.

Outdoor Photography Workshop

Outdoor photography workshops offer hands-on experience, allowing participants to apply their new skills in real-life settings.

Under the bright spring sunshine, a group of eager photography enthusiasts gathered with cameras in hand, ready to dive into a fun and hands-on journey of discovery. From mastering exposure and composition to experimenting with creative techniques, the workshop was packed with learning moments and lightbulb breakthroughs.

We kicked off with a one-hour instruction session, covering key concepts in camera settings and outdoor lighting. Then, it was time to put theory into practice during a three-hour hands-on shoot around the beautiful park. Lush greenery, reflective waters, and curious ducks made for the perfect backdrop.

But don’t just take our word for it—here’s what participant Chelsea Jordan had to say:

“Ted is an amazing teacher! I feel like I have learned so much about my camera and the best way to take different photos. I’m so excited to apply the techniques he showed in my photos. I will definitely be taking more classes from him to grow my knowledge! Highly recommend taking his courses!”

Thank you, Chelsea! We’re so glad to hear how much you enjoyed the class and can’t wait to see your skills continue to grow!
