Learn About New Photoshop 2020 Features

Adobe recently updated the New Photoshop 2020. This new update features many new tools that make the retouching more fun.

What is new in Photoshop 2020

There are plenty of advanced features in this update. So, it makes it a long blog post to cover all of them. Feel free to contact me if you want to learn more about these new tools and adjustments. In this article, I am going to discuss one of the most unique new features in Photoshop 2020.

Object Selection Tool

Object Selection Tool is probably one of the most advanced selection tools. Generally speaking, it works just like a Magic Wand. However, unlike the Magic Wand that covers the entire image, the Object Selection Tool works on specific areas of the photo.

Therefore, it is the best tool to isolate and select an object in complicated background.

In the image below, I wanted to remove the construction in the background. As you notice, it is a jam-packed area.

In the original photo, notice the building in the background.

By using the Object Selection Tool, I isolated the building and removed it. It was a breeze, as Photoshop 2020 used the AI (Adobe Sensi) to accomplish a perfect job. Here is the result:

Photoshop 2020 added a new selection tool, Object Selection. I used it to remove the building.

There is more in this new Photoshop update that I will cover soon. Stay tuned. However, if you are interested in learning them, consider private lessons. Simply, contact me, and I will set up your customized private class.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
